What is the process?
After you submit your information and we verify your identity, you will receive an acknowledgment at the email address you provided.
Our Timeline for Responses
Although we aim to respond to all requests promptly, our response time may vary depending on the complexity of each request. For instance, if you submit multiple requests, we may respond to each one separately as they are processed rather than waiting to address all of them at once. Our goal is to reply to all requests within 45 days. If additional time is needed due to complexity, we will inform you of the reasons for the delay.
