Under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), California consumers have the right to request that we do not sell or share their personal information ("Opt Out"). We fully support your right to Opt Out.
At RWM, we gather information about you, your device, and your interactions with our websites, social media accounts, online advertisements, mobile applications, and communications through various methods, including cookies, ReCaptcha, and other tracking technologies. While we do not "sell" this information for monetary compensation, our routine online activities and disclosures to third parties may fall under the definitions of "sale" or "sharing" as outlined in the CCPA. Please be aware that opting out of "selling" or "sharing" information is based solely on CCPA requirements and does not reflect the regulations in other jurisdictions.
Through this CCPA Preference Center, we offer two options to Opt Out:
Method 1: By providing your email address, we will locate matching information in our systems and ensure that we no longer sell or share this information for targeted advertising purposes, unless you decide to opt back in. Additionally, you will have the option to block cookies and other tracking technologies on our sites that sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising ("Squarespace") in your current browser (e.g., the browser you are using at the time of entry). Your email will only be used to process and store your Opt Out request and will not be used for any other purpose.
Method 2: You can also choose to anonymously Opt Out of Squarespace only in your current browser without providing an email address. Please note that if you select this option, we will not be able to match your email address with our internal systems to prevent the sale or sharing of your email and any associated information as defined in the CCPA.
To accommodate our various brand relationships, RWM manages preferences by brand. You will need to Opt Out separately for each internet browser, social media platform, and RWM brand (such as Rwamashongye Wealth Management "Instagram," Insurance News Network "Instagram," and Rwamashongye Wealth Management "Facebook"). To set preferences for additional browsers, social media platforms, or brands, please access this Preference Center page using the specific browser or brand website you wish to opt out from.
If you provide your email address when opting out for a particular browser or brand, you’ll be able to view and manage all your previously selected preferences in the “Review or Change Your Saved Preferences” section. Email is necessary to link your preferences across RWM brands.

Review or Change Your Saved Preference
If you have previously provided an email address for an Opt Out request, please enter it here to view, manage, or change your existing preferences. To add new preferences, visit this Welcome Center page and use Method 1 to select your preferences on the RWM branded website, browser, or device you wish to include.

Provide your email address to allow us to Opt Out your email and associated information in our systems, if any. This will also opt you out of browsing-based sale or sharing, by blocking Squarespace, including cookie and tracking technology on your current browser. We will only use your email to process your Opt Out request.
Method 2: Select "Proceed Without Email" to Opt Out Without Email.
If you select Method 2, you will be directed to a page where you can Opt Out of Squarespace by choosing the “NO” option. We will place a first-party “cookie” in your current browser to block any Squarespace present on our websites. If you access our sites using different browsers or devices, you will need to set your Opt Out preference for each unique device or browser. Additionally, if you clear your cookies, you will need to Opt Out again to ensure your preferences are updated. Please note that if your current browser settings block or do not accept cookies, we will be unable to implement your Opt Out preference.
