Andrew Rwamashongye, pronounced "Raw-ma-shawn-jay," brings a wealth of expertise to the insurance and finance industry. With a background in property management and new construction development, he transitioned to insurance after earning a B.S. in Economics from Washington State University.

Beginning his career at MassMutual, Andrew specialized in life and health insurance, primarily serving business owners. However, he soon recognized that this limited scope restricted his ability to meet his clients’ comprehensive needs. To enhance his offerings, he joined Farmers Insurance, where he expanded his expertise to include property and casualty insurance, allowing him to provide a full suite of insurance solutions.

In 2023, Andrew founded Rwamashongye Wealth Management, driven by a commitment to prioritize clients over insurance companies—a distinction he believes is essential for effective brokerage. His dedication to client-focused service ensures that individuals and businesses receive tailored solutions that truly address their unique financial and insurance requirements.
